About Rachael
I’m 21, and married to a wonderful man since July 08. We weren’t expecting to become pregnant, but woops! It happened! I’m a student midwife in my first year, so I am learning a lot about pregnancy, birth and babies. I’m about to learn a lot more!
This is my diary of what a first time, unexpected pregnancy is like for me. I hope that it will be a good way to keep all my friends up to date on what’s going on with me, and be useful to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation.
I might write some more some day, but right now I have morning sickness…at 11pm, and can’t concentrate any longer!! :S
Thanks for visiting! And good luck if you are also pregnant! š

Congrats on being pregnant. I am about 5 weeks and 2 days. I came across your blog by looking at belly pictures. You started to show very early. I noticed that my pants are not as comfortable as before and my stomach is expanding. Mind you, I haven’t been to the gym in two weeks, so all this extra eating and sitting my behind is not doing anything good for me. I am 23 years old and this was a planned pregnancy. I can’t wait. I am a bit worried though, I am quite tiny (5’2″ and weight 106lbs) and my stomach is starting to show too. I hope I don’t end up looking like a balloon. Good luck
